We are seeking Class “A” CDL drivers for regional and long-haul routes. Majority of business is FAK dry van with some touch freight. Competitive pay. Drivers home weekly. Drivers must be motivated and customer oriented.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Valid Class "A" CDL; 2. Minimum of one-year experience; 3. At least 23 years old; 4. No more than 4 moving violations in the past 36 months, no more than 2 in the past 12 months; 5. No serious traffic violations within the past 3 years; 6. No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within the last 3 years. Only qualified drivers need apply. .

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 12 months of related experience in transportation and freight management/sales and have an established carrier following. An undergraduate degree with related coursework/concentration in transportation or logistics is preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. The individual in this position must be a highly motivated self-starter, a strong team player and work well in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, & MS Access) are important along with a working knowledge of the Internet. A general knowledge of transportation management systems and sales experience are beneficial.

The successful candidate must be dedicated to providing superior service by anticipating customer needs, responding to their expectations and satisfying company objectives. This self-motivated individual will handle day-to-day Customer Service issues utilizing telephone interaction/problem resolution with customers and other internal/external contacts. Previous Customer Service experience in a trucking environment and familiarity with tracing freight preferred. Must have excellent computer skills and telephone etiquette with strong general office skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
