 Our family of companies is comprised of Grounded Air, GA Logistics, and J&J Warehousing.
Grounded Air was incorporated in 1984, starting with a fleet of 5 straight trucks that provided time sensitive intercity deliveries within the MSP area. In 1996, Grounded Air was acquired by our current owner, David Herzog, and J&J Warehousing was incorporated to add cross docking, consolidation and warehousing capabilities to our list of offered services.This was followed by two years of rapid growth, expanding freight transfer services to the Midwestern region.
In 1998, we implemented an interstate line-haul & LTL division leading to the incorporation of GA Logistics in 2000, providing the ability to transfer freight anywhere in the United States by brokering to other motor carrier partners.
